We are a passionate interior design and build firm based in Bangladesh, dedicated to transforming ordinary spaces into timeless expressions of art and functionality. TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Work Commencement & Coordination
Frame Art will begin work only after receiving the official “Work Order” from the Client. Before site execution, both parties shall hold a coordination meeting to finalize project details, timelines, and responsibilities.

2. Project Schedule, Payment & Scope
A Construction Gantt Chart and Payment Schedule will be provided by Frame Art. The Client must maintain payments as per schedule to avoid work delays. Any variation in work scope (±10%) or additional tasks will require prior written approval and may affect the timeline and cost.

3. Design & Material Conditions
All works shall follow the Client-approved (signed) designs.
Major design changes after construction begins are not acceptable.
Imported materials and pricing depend on market availability and may change without prior notice.

4. Site Management, Safety & Communication
The Client shall ensure proper site line verification, local authority permissions, and 24/7 safety and security during construction.
All technical communication must go through Frame Art’s Project or Site Manager only. Frame Art reserves full authority over the selection of materials, workforce, and subcontractors to ensure project quality.

5. Quality, Liability & Dispute Resolution
Frame Art ensures transparency, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. Frame Art shall not be held liable for deviations from Client-authorized designs. Payment delays or Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters or political unrest) may affect the project timeline. Any dispute will be settled amicably through discussion between both parties.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY

1. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your project with Frame Art, you will not be charged for any work that has not yet started or processed at the time of your cancellation. However, we are unable to provide refunds for any services that have already been paid for, initiated, or completed.

During the BOQ (Bill of Quantities) phase, you may modify, replace, or remove any item or service before placing your Purchase Order and receiving an invoice. Once a Purchase Order is placed and an invoice has been issued, no further modifications or cancellations will be possible. Your Project Representative will review and confirm all details with you before raising the invoice. For any feedback or concerns, please contact us.

2. Price Revisions: If your project requirements change, the overall cost may also vary accordingly.

3. Delays: Delays in payment at any stage of the project may cause delays in completion. Changes in project requirements can also extend the timeline. Frame Art will not be responsible for delays caused by late payments or project changes.

4. Payment Methods: Frame Art accepts the following payment options: Bank Transfer, Cheque, Cash, Internet Banking, and Mobile Financial Services (e.g., bKash, Nagad, etc.). Please consult your Project Manager for specific payment details. All payments are subject to applicable VAT.

5. Invoices: Each invoice is valid for a limited time as stated. If payment is not made within this period, the invoice will expire, and a new one will need to be issued.

6. EMIs: Frame Art is currently working to introduce an EMI (Installment) facility for our clients, which will be available soon. Ask us about it if you want to avail this service.

7. Online Transactions: We are committed to protecting your financial privacy and ensuring secure transactions. Our online payment system will be launched soon. Special options may available, ask us if you need.

We collect only essential information—such as your name, contact details, and project data—to provide our services and maintain communication.

All data is securely stored and never shared with third parties without your consent.
